 COVID-19 NOTICE
 
DUE TO COVID-19, IT WILL TAKE LONGER FOR ORDERS TO BE FULFILLED AND SENT OUT. PLEASE ALLOW 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED OUT. YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED OR SHIPPING MAY BE EXTENDED DUE TO POSTAL CARRIER SERVICES. WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL ON POSTAL SERVICES ONCE THE PACKAGE IS IN THEIR HANDS. WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENCE DURING THESE TIMES. 
 
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA
 
Shipping to Australia has temporarily been suspended due to COVID restrictions. 
For more information, please check here. If you placed an order, we can either cancel the other and refund you the amount or we can hold your order until restrictions lift. Some customers choose this option to ensure they got the items they wanted while inventory is available. Please be aware that holding your order can take months before we ship out as the suspension is on for an undetermined amount of time. If you would like to still receive your items, we can arrange for using a different shipping carrier such as UPS, however the customer will be responsible for extra shipping charges. 

Shipping fees

Shipping fees will vary in regards to weight, location and sizing of the product. Some of these products are available and stored physically in different locations (Canada, USA, Japan) so the shipping fee for one item may be more than another depending where you are, and where it's shipped from. Some items (paintings) may also be available for pick-up, depending on your location. If you have any questions or would like an estimate, please contact me.

 
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING INFORMATION TO MAKE SURE THEY ARRIVE SAFELY. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES SUCH AS DUTIES AND TAXES, WHICH ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS. THESE FEES ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR COUNTRY BASED ON TYPE OF ITEM AND DECLARED VALUE.  
WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND FEES  AND WE CANNOT MODIFY THE DECLARED ITEM VALUE FOR YOU. THE CUSTOMER IS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.

Estimated shipping times

All orders take 8-10 business days to be processed. Orders will be packed and fulfilled out at the end of each week on either Saturday or Sunday and will be sent out in the beginning of the following week.
After that, the shipping time of each order will be depending on the shipping carrier. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to arrive within the US.  Due to current regulations in regards to COVID-19, processing times for international orders may take up to 3-4 months due to reasons out of our control.

Incorrect shipping address

Please ensure you have entered the correct address before finalizing your order.
If you believe you have made a mistake, please email merorobaby@gmail.com with the following information :
  • order number
  • name
  • correct shipping address
I will try my best to correct the address before the order is shipped out, however I cannot guarantee anything. It is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to make sure all the information is correct before finalizing the order. The best option you can do is cancel your order and to place it again. 
In the case that the address provided is incorrect and the parcel is returned to sender, we can re-ship your package but the customer is responsible for covering the extra shipping charges needed to re-ship the package. 

***CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RE-SHIPPING FEE ON ALL RETURNED PACKAGES DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS INFORMATION.

Refunds & replacement

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. All sales are FINAL. No returns and exchanges. There are no exchanges due to current situations with COVID-19. We also do not refund items if you change your mind on your purchase.
WE MAINTAIN A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS IT IS DUE TO A MERCHANDISE DEFECT. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ANY CLAIMS OUTSIDE OF THIS TIMEFRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE EMAIL US AND PROVIDE AN ORDER NUMBER AND A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE. REFUND REQUESTS ARE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. 
IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED DUE TO MISHANDLING OF SHIPPING, we will not issue a refund. We CAN issue a new one (if inventory is available) at the customer's expense.

Order cancellations
If for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, you must send us an email ASAP. We cannot cancel orders that have been shipped out and are on their way to you. 
 
Wrong item(s) / order
If it happens that you received the wrong item, please email us in detail your situation, with your order number and pictures, and we will look into it. If it is confirmed there was a mistake, we will send a return label by email, and you will need to send us the wrong item(s) back safely. We will then send the proper items to you. 

Shipping carrier

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all domestic and international orders (with the exception of Japan). 
Please make sure to enter your address correctly and in English to make sure to avoid returns. (Please remember that re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility). 
For customers in Japan, we use Japan post (JP post) for all domestic orders. 

Tracking numbers

All smaller items, such as prints and stickers will be shipped out with tracking. For larger items, such as paintings, tracking numbers will be provided and signature may be needed upon delivery. Please make sure you enter your email correctly so that the tracking number can be emailed to you. 
TRACKING NUMBERS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO UPDATE. If you received a tracking number and have not seen it updated immediately, please wait 48hours before contacting us. If after 48 hours, it still hasn't been updated, feel free to send us an email. 

Sale prices

Any item(s) purchased at REGULAR price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price.
ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL - NO EXCEPTIONS. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS ARE NOT OFFERED ON FINAL SALE ITEMS.

Sticker application

All stickers are made with car-grade vinyl, and can be used in outdoor settings as well (unless stated otherwise). Please check the description adequately.

To ensure maximum life from your decals, please ensure the surface is cleaned before application.
